Yes, Midtown offers lease-by-bedroom for active college students. You can also rent the entire 4-bedroom townhome. Fox Meadows requires a whole-unit lease.
Yes, lease-by-bedroom is only available to active college students, not limited to Texas A&M. Whole-unit leases have no student requirement.
There is an application fee per applicant. Additional fees such as security deposits and administrative fees vary by community. Contact the leasing office for exact amounts.
At Midtown, water and internet are included. At Fox Meadows, water bill is paid. Trash removal is included at both. Contact the leasing office for details on other utilities.
Both communities are pet-friendly. There is a pet fee and monthly pet rent per pet, with a maximum of two pets. Contact the leasing office for current fees.
Both communities include washer/dryer in unit, walk-in closets, private patio/balcony, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Midtown also offers free internet and optional furnished bedrooms. Fox Meadows has vaulted ceilings and extra storage.
Yes, Midtown offers roommate matching. You can live with friends or we can match you with compatible roommates.

Fox Meadows is 1.5 miles from Texas A&M. Midtown is even closer, about 0.5-1.5 miles. Both are on Aggie Spirit bus routes and minutes from H-E-B, Target, and Walmart.
Midtown is on Aggie Spirit routes No. 26 and 27. Fox Meadows is on route No. 34. Both provide easy access to campus and local shopping.
